Data controller

The controller is Automatiko LLC, registered in New Mexico, no. 3253402, at 11125 Park Blvd, Suite 104-153, Seminole, Florida 33772, USA. Contact us or exercise your rights at ion@automatiko.ai.

Scope

This notice covers automatiko.ai, its consultancy pages and enquiries sent to Automatiko by email, Facebook or Instagram, including advertising lead forms. It does not govern Meta’s own processing for operating its platforms.

Personal data

We process the information you provide: name, email, company, phone, topic, message and subsequent correspondence. Forms identify required fields; we need contact details to reply. Phone numbers are optional in website forms and required in the Facebook/Instagram form for the free consultation, so that we can contact you about your enquiry. Campaign enquiries also include the originating page or ad and information supplied in the Meta form you submit. We do not request health data, identity documents or other sensitive information.

The server also processes connection and security data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and errors.

Purposes and legal bases

We use contact details to answer your enquiry, follow up on the subject you raised, arrange an appointment and assess your project. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. When you act for a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing that business relationship, Article 6(1)(f). Security processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the site and communications. Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c).

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters, promotional sequences or advertising audiences. Follow-up relates to your request. Additional promotional purposes require their own legal basis and, where required, separate optional consent.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

When you submit a form inside Facebook or Instagram, we receive the fields you confirm so that we can respond. Meta processes information collected on its platforms under its own privacy policy. Advertising preferences can also be managed there.

This site does not use Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics or remarketing tools. Following an ad to this website does not activate such tools. We do not send website events or form details to Meta to measure conversions or build advertising audiences.

Cookies and external content

These pages do not install advertising or analytics cookies or use local storage for profiling. Fonts and images are hosted with the website; we do not embed social widgets. The infrastructure may use technical tools necessary for security and operation. Any future optional tracking will require an updated notice and consent before activation.

Handling and recipients

The website and enquiry management system run on infrastructure managed by Automatiko. Contact form enquiries are forwarded to ion@automatiko.ai using Google’s email service. Consultancy page enquiries are recorded in our contact management system and notified by email. Authorised personnel and hosting, email and technical support providers may access data as needed for their services. We do not publish or sell your data. We may disclose it to authorities where required by law.

Retention and international transfers

Retention depends on the time needed to answer, the duration of any discussions or contractual relationship, and applicable periods for documenting the relationship, meeting legal obligations or defending a right. Technical data retention depends on operating the service and addressing security incidents. Ask the controller for information about retention of your particular enquiry.

Automatiko LLC is based in the United States; email and social platform providers may also operate outside the European Economic Area. Where international transfer rules apply, Chapter V GDPR requires an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision applicable to the recipient or standard contractual clauses with any necessary supplementary measures. You can request information on recipients and safeguards relevant to your case at ion@automatiko.ai.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to ion@automatiko.ai; we normally respond within one month, subject to the reasoned extensions allowed by the GDPR. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or the competent authority in your country. Enquiries are not subject to solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
